Executive Board
The ECTPC Board is made up of volunteers who work in higher education across the state. Board members are elected by the membership and serve terms of 2-3 years.

All Executive Board members will engage in the following:

Participate in board meetings and discussions, providing valuable input and perspective.

Actively engage with other board members and the organization's membership, fostering a sense of community and continuity.

Advocate for ECTPC's mission and programs, building relationships with members and community partners.

Actively engage with ECTPC's members, seeking their input and feedback to inform board decisions.

Identify and mentor potential future board leaders, ensuring a smooth transition of leadership roles.

Lead the succession planning process for key board positions, ensuring continuity and stability in leadership.
