ECTPC is proud to collaborate with a diverse network of partner organizations and resource providers dedicated to fostering equity, inclusion, and excellence in early childhood education. These partnerships strengthen our ability to support educators, families, and communities through meaningful connections, shared knowledge, and innovative solutions.
ACCESS
Associate Degree Early Childhood Educators is a national, non-profit 501(c) (3) membership association. Our purpose is supporting and advocating for associate degree programs that provide professional development to those who teach and care for young children from birth through age 8 across a variety of settings – public elementary schools, Head Start programs, child care centers and homes, and other community early childhood programs.
ECPIHE
The Early Childhood Policy in Institutions of Higher Education (ECPIHE) initiative seeks to support the development of a new field of early childhood policy. In so doing, it seeks to enhance the study of, and experiences related to, advancing early childhood policy in American institutions of higher education (IHEs), while focusing on creating fair opportunities, embracing diverse perspectives, and addressing systemic disparities.
ELAA
​The Early Learning Action Alliance (ELAA) is convened by Children’s Alliance. We are a broad coalition of organizations representing a diverse array of Washington nonprofits, professional associations, businesses, and industries. ELAA is united by the belief that all children in Washington state deserve to have the opportunities and support they need in their first five years of life to be prepared for school and a bright future.
PESB
​The Professional Educator Standards Board (PESB) consists of twelve members appointed by the Governor, most of whom are practicing educators. PESB is responsible for policy and oversight of Washington’s educator preparation, certification, assignment, and development (RCW). PESB works to strengthen the state’s educator workforce through initiatives that address educator shortage, reduce barriers into the profession, and increase workforce diversity.
WCC
Washington Communities for Children (WCFC) is a statewide network of 10 Regional Early Childhood coalitions dedicated to policy, equity, data, and community engagement. Through Child Care Voice, Health Provider Voice, and Family Voice & Resource Access, WCFC fosters collaboration, innovation, and advocacy to improve child and family wellbeing.
WSIPP
The Washington State Institute for Public Policy (WSIPP) is a nonpartisan public research group located in Olympia, the hub of Washington State government. WSIPP is a team of multidisciplinary researchers who conduct applied policy research for the state legislature in a creative and collaborative environment.
